1. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your Tapoff subscription at any time. To cancel, please follow the instructions in your dashboard under "Subscription" or "Account Settings".

Upon cancellation, your subscription will stay active until the end of your current billing period. After this, your account will revert to the free tier, and some features or cards may be restricted based on the free plan limits.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 7-day refund policy for our yearly subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

Refund requests made after the 7-day window will not be eligible for a refund, and your subscription will continue until the end of the billing cycle.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items/scenarios are generally non-refundable:

  • NFC cards or physical products that have already been shipped or customized.
  • Subscriptions that have been active for more than 7 days.
  • Promotional or discounted purchases (unless otherwise stated).

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team at tapoff@aeternik.com with your account details and the reason for the request.

Once your request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
